I seek to be the resource a younger me needed.
As a shy girl in a family full of introverts, I always felt out of place. When I moved from Queens, New York to Southern New Jersey, that feeling amplified. Now, I create content and host events for the weird kids like me. Ones who are endlessly curious, who were uncertain of their identities, and struggling with mental illness.
I’ve written for Greatist, Healthline, Insider, Cosmopolitan, Men’s Health, SELF, Prism and various other publications.
My work mainly focuses on mental health, race, class, intersectional feminism, love, sex and polyamory. In my essays, I display vulnerability. In my reporting, I seek to illuminate and educate on the people and places that folks often overlook, or forget to honor. My values of community, justice and radical honesty reverberate through all of my pieces. I believe everyone has right to have a seat a the table.
Here is some of my work…
